- Courses are open to individuals aged 18 and above.
- Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis up to the maximum number of participants per course.

- Course participants may cancel their enrolment up to four weeks before the start of the course at the latest, after which the course fee will be refunded. Between four weeks before the start and the start date, a refund is only possible if someone from the waiting list takes the place, on condition that the course administration manages to get someone from the waiting list to fill the place before the start date.
- Course fees will also be refunded in the case of rejection after an audition for one of the productions or if a course cannot proceed for organizational reasons. In the case of a prolonged injury or illness, the costs of missed lessons can be refunded. In this case, a statement or referral to a medical specialist or other supporting document is required.
- The same rules apply to participants receiving private lessons. These participants are entitled to a refund of two-thirds of the course fee for missed lessons.

- For private lessons, a schedule is agreed upon for weekly or biweekly lessons. Agreed-upon times cannot be changed unless private schedules need to be altered for organizational reasons. If this is the case, the participant will be contacted (by phone or email) to establish a new time.
- No rights can be derived from any (typographical) errors in the announced activities and prices. It is also possible that, due to the early compilation of the program, details regarding class day, time, and instructor may differ from what is published.
- In case of canceled lessons, the course will be rescheduled before the end of the course program, which may result in the course extending by a few weeks.
- If fewer participants than the minimum number enroll, the course may proceed with reduced lesson hours for the same price, by mutual agreement.
