Be inspired by the magic of movement! Saskia has developed a series of dance classes that combine elements from the Gaga movement practice, Ecstatic Dance parties, 5Rhythms movement meditation, and Csikszentmihalyi’s Flow theory. In these classes, she takes participants on a journey of improvisation in dance, where the most important thing is that it feels good. 

This workshop series is suitable for both those who have never danced before and experienced dancers. Together, we will discover which impulses shape which movements, and how we can trust our bodies and minds to intuitively find the right path to the music.
