Entry requirements: None. This course is suitable for all levels.
Would you like to become stronger, more flexible, and more aware of how your body moves? Whether you dance regularly, spend a lot of time behind a laptop, or simply want to feel better in your body, this course will help you build strength, flexibility, and healthy movement habits.
Each class combines high-energy exercises, strength training, and stretching. We start with a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout, followed by strengthening exercises on a mat that target the muscles essential for dance, posture, and everyday movement. We finish with a stretching session, gradually working towards greater flexibility in a safe and responsible way.
The exercises can be adapted to different levels and goals. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, looking to improve your fitness, or aiming to increase your flexibility and technique, you’ll be able to work at your own pace.
Along the way, you’ll also learn exercises that you can continue practising independently at home.
