In the lustrum year of Utrecht University, UUnited goes on tour! After four successful editions at TivoliVredenburg, UUnited will go on tour in 2026. From choir to big band, and from orchestra to ensemble: nearly 400 students bring the strength and tradition of these sometimes centuries-old music societies to life through a series of performances across Utrecht.
Our seven student music societies of KOSMU will introduce you to high-level student music at various moments and locations. Mark 26 March, 13 June, and 12 & 13 September 2026 in your calendar: you won’t want to miss this!
This is a special year for UUnited: the fifth edition and part of the Utrecht University and UMC lustrum celebrations. Be surprised by the quality and history of these sometimes centuries-old ensembles and discover how music connects people. Everyone is welcome to join, celebrate together, and bring the lustrum theme “Meet, connect, make a difference” to life. Together we go on tour, experience culture, and celebrate Utrecht. UUnited on Tour is not only a celebration of the UU lustrum, but also of collaboration, talent, and the importance of culture for students in the city

We kick off this festive lustrum year where student arts feel at home: at Parnassos. During UUnited On Tour: UU Birthday Party, the Culture Café transforms into one big musical celebration filled with energy, connection, and live music.
Enjoy a wide variety of performances, discover new music, and celebrate the start of this special anniversary year together. The KOSMU student music societies will present a continuous programme of performances, ranging from choir to orchestra and from close harmony to big band.
In the afternoon, USConcert will perform on behalf of UUnited on Tour during the Dies Natalis celebration at the Dom Church. Follow the concert via the livestream!
