Are you interested in theater but don’t want to memorize a script? Then the Improvisation Theater course is the perfect fit for you!
Everything we perform is created on the spot, and you’ll be given the tools to do just that. Improvisation isn’t difficult at all, you do it every day! In this course, you’ll learn skills such as going with the flow and accepting input from others, building on your fellow performers’ ideas, and creating a story together. You’ll also gain confidence and courage to perform on stage.
We explore play from different angles, from absurd and hilarious to serious. You’ll discover that many of the skills you develop are also useful in daily life. And if you’re thinking, “Oh no, improvisation, don’t you have to be funny?” Absolutely not! We teach you to take your acting and your character seriously, and the comedy will come naturally.
Does this sound like something for you? Sign up for the course, and who knows, you might one day perform a fully improvised show!
